Teresa Powell

Teresa has been a musician for more than 35 years.  She is the bass player for the band Three Weird Sisters, one-half of the duo Birds of a Feather, a member of the Atlanta-based jazz ensemble, Play It With Moxie, and is a member of the Atlanta based rock band High Tea.

Teresa graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Music Business Bachelor’s of Science program at Full Sail University in 2013 and was the valedictorian of her graduating class.

George Powell

George has been a professional musician for more than 40 years.  He teaches flute, bass, piano and saxophone at the Gwinnett School of Music.  A member of the jazz ensemble Play It With Moxie and the jazz trio Kind Of Blue, George has a Bachelor’s degree in music performance from the University of Miami and a law degree from Georgia State University.
